    Default changing steering wheels

are they interchangable? eg, fitting the sri/silver ones to an elite?

I'm pretty sure as long as you get a facelift wheel for a facelift or the same one for a pre-face lift its fine due to the steering wheel controls. I'm also sure you have fit your existing air bag too.

is it as simple as changing the vec b steering wheel, where you just remove airbag, unplug all the steering wheel controls, then one bolt, a puller and its off?

According to your profile youve a 2003, so as long as its a 6 button steering wheel and not one with the scrolling wheels it should be ok.

make sure once you disconnect the battery to leave it for half an hour or more to ensure the airbag is powered down and doesn't go off in your face when removing the wheel.
