Angry Water pouring into rear footwells.

    HI!

I have a problem on my signum, the rear footwells are soked, have been like this for a while, but its getting worse i think. The rain is pouring down like crazy now and I could see the water coming inn!

Looks like its coming from underneath the doors itself, i checked the seals, but i think they looked ok...

Can it be the seals, or is it coming from somwhere else?

I have heard that the rear quarterlight glass can leak, don,t know how it might get into the rear foot wells though. Might be worth look at them though.

The signum doesn't really have a rear quarter light.

Check the drains on the bottom of the doors are clean.

I thought by taking it for granted he had a Vectra hatchback. In that case what I said above would not be of any relevence to him.

on a previous car of mine, behind the door card there is a secondary panel which had come loose and was pi$$ing in loads of water.

Could be the same here by the look of it. Best thing to do is take the door card off and have a look behind
