    Default Thank you vauxhall.

After 3x trips to vauxhall eventually sorted a steering problem with my vectra they fitted a new steering column and universal joint & egr valve all for free on warranty.

Persitence is the key so is been right with them this got sorted in the end, So Thank you vauxhall in Leeds for doing a great job and got a courtesy car for 2x days for free.

Just a shame you had to go 3 times and wasn't sorted on the first visit.

I took my car to Vauxhall to get it diagnosed with a fault - and they were not sure - Useless in my opinion.

Glad they sorted your issue m8.

Took mine in with classic CIM problems, and 2x they couldnt find a fault (whilst under warranty) 3rd time i took it in with the warranty expried they found the faulty CIM in 5 mins... Cost me £468.

Wrote to VX Customer Services, and after a few phone calls and emails they refunded me the whole lot which i got back today!

It does make you wonder at times. Even things like courtesy car. Cost me £5 a day for one, and others pay more or even for free as mentioned. There does not seem to be any commonality between VX dealers which is kinda strange. Oh well, as long as every once in a while we get a result!
