ye mate you will have to get a test light and find the live wire coming off of the switch then get somebody to press brake if the test light lights up then the switch is fine as its letting live through, best thing to do is to check for a live at the switch then at the rear lamp if you have a live at the switch but not at the lamp it means there is a damaged wire somwhere inbetween, i know its easy for me to say that but if you dont have nothing to do with this sort of thing then it would be a bit complicated, i wouldnt be able to call over and look at it this weekend as im busy might be able to next weekend but obviously you need it as soon as possible, and no problem for help mate dont cost anything to give people a hand

i have had this a couple of times with my vivaro. all 3 brake lights went. i thought it too much of a coincidence all bulbs would have gone but i replaced them and it worked. it happenend again 2 weeks ago only this time only two brake lights blew, replaced the bulbsand they worked. good old vivaro.

Does anyone know the exact position of this brake switch for the pedal ?, picture would be good, as i carnt see the thing anywhere.
