How to get heated seat, sport switches lit?

as the title states!!

got the full set of switches now (well they are sat in post office waiting for me!)

and i know tht some will not light up, am i right in thinking i just need to add the ground into the circuit, using the 'brown' from another switch?

Will these switches actually do anything? Do you have a heated seat and a car with a sports mode???

All the switches in mine lit up apart from the heated seat & sports switches. I got the heated seat switches to illuminate by joining the brown wire from the back of them to the brown wire from the alarm button. The sports switch doesn't light up because I haven't got a plug behind it. The switches won't do anything, just there for the effect

Check if you got the wire to the back of heated seat switch. Some models have the wire folded somewhere.

William no they won't do anything apart from fill the blanks, But will look good

I am looking into retro fitting heated seat pads tho! And maybe hooking sports button to tuning box, but that's on the back burner for now
