top man agen just read that do you think it would be worth doin the airbox mod or going for a full k&n theres only few quid in them. what do you think ??

Not worth getting an open cone as it'll just suffer from heat soak. Either do the airbox mod or fit an enclosed cone filter

thanx m8 for that ent see any full cone filters for my car thats all but would i get any really diffrence out of doin the air box mod or fitting the full enclosed filter which would be better (just trying to get some feedback thats all)

air box mod done didnt feel any diffrence so iv orderd a enclosed cone and see what that do

Or what about the search button? That's fairly useful too

Also I had an open cone filter, never had any heat soak problems. My brothers old escort cossie had an open cone filter and still made over 450bhp with no heat soak issues.
