Sadly it is a normal wear pattern on the Vectra C
The only solution is to swap tyres rear to front as they wear

I had GoodYear do some tests on a full set of tyres on my own car and could find nothing effective to fix this

It was in Evans Halshaw they noted the wear but didn't draw my attention to anything that was replaceable, I will wait for the rain to go then have a prod about under her bum

You can adjust the camber by turning the adjuster bolt/washer on the suspension arm, This is my planned fix to stop it happening on mine as I'm sick of the back tyres wearing unevenly, its a bit trial and error to get it spot on but if you use a spirit level on the wheel, you'll know when its vertical by reading the bubble. Not exactly scientific but I've used this method on other vehicles with success so I cant see why it wont work on a vectra.

get the rear upper arms checked, although the vec C does have neg camber it's usually the worn bushes in the arms which causes the tyre wear

I had this problem, and got a full Hunter wheel alignment done.
It confirmed that the camber was out on both rear wheels.
But they said there is no guarantee it won't need redoing - potholes, speed bumps ......
