2.2DTi Y22DTR vacuum hoses scheme

Hi everyone,

I own 2003 Zafira. Having problem with power loss when driving... I´ve cleaned EGR, boost sensor etc... Now I want to check all the hoses but can´t find any scheme of them.

have a look on AOC and AON as iirc they both cater for the zaffy

Post a pic of your engine with the plastic cover off and we'll point it out to you :-)

Here you go... Hope you find some mistake... Actuator on the turbo is working - tried it with my mouth.

Definatly different from my 2.2dti. Think you must have the older version. There seems to be a lot more rubber connectors.

To be honest it doesnt sound like you need our help as it looks like you have found the entire layout of your vacuum pipes.

To replace them start from the turbo and replace each section at a time. Looke like you'll probably need about 4 meters of the silicone hose.

Problem solved... Two hoses were wrong - green marked vs. blue marked were swapped wrong...

Now the car goes like it should...
