Anyone got these fitted to their motor? Was scouting the Red Griffin pages and saw these babies, couldn't resist the blurb so bought a set

I currently have the cheap ones from Stuffville fitted, both dipped and main beam, coupled with blue sidelight bulbs you do get the blue showing quite well, even in daylight you get reflections around the lens. Looks like these just have blue tips so you'd probably only see that in the main beams, though the light may have a blue tint when dipped are on at night, will have to wait and see

    Default I was blind...now I can see....

    Whoa!

Fitted these this evening after work, just been out for a quick spin.

It's not fully dark yet but the difference in the amount of useable light these throw out is astounding. The old stuffvilles are not renowned for being the brightest bulb you can get but these GT150's must be at least twice as bright.

Considerably brighter than the Phillips bulbs fitted as OEM. They must chuck out useable light (i.e you can see the lens pattern on the road) for nearly 100ft on the flat. Being Phillips, there should not be any issues with longevity.

IMO well worth that little bit more expense, in fact I think I'm gonna order another set for the main beams (jeez they'll be bright) and some for the wife's Astra.
