I am going with VXSCC as well, not on a region stand though so dont where/if I'll fit in, I am also thinking of camping, I am off work so can camp for 2-3days what ever.

i rang vxscc last week and they said they will send me a pass

VxSCC usually send out all passes approx 10 days before the event, regardless of how early you book. I booked 5-6 weeks ago, I think, but still no pass.

Perhaps they waiting for the printers?
