Default V6CDTi coolant loss - heater bypass valve?

A mate of mine reckons I could have a leaky heater bypass valve as my car is mysteriously losing coolant. The same happened on his Saab 9-5 3.0TiD.

I lost 0.3L of fluid in 200miles/3days. The engine runs fine, no suspicious smoke out of the back and has full power.

3 days ago I had a pressure test done at my dealer and no leaks have been found during the test...

Did you check the thin hose from the heater to the expansiontank?
Mine was leaking there too..A small amout, but enough to get the
    low level warning.

Try to find a guy with a (endo)scope. You would be able to see the problem then in real time. Have that done on a VW that I owned.
We could see the actual leak.

I could drive the car to the nearest hospital

Still slowly losing coolant. No smoke, no pressure in the bottle, no visible leaks.

Both coolant and oil have no sign of contamination. New coolant 2 months ago. Noticed coolant loss about 8k ago/last month. Lost nearly a litre since. Went to Germany twice and ragged her quite a lot with no problems whatsoever. Surely that would've opened up a head gasket if it was bad? Losing more coolant now that I'm going easy on her...

This is a heater bypass valve. I've no idea what it does but I can't find anything similar on my Signum...nothing similar and WET...
