Yep. Traction Control is NOT fitted as standard on any facelift Vectras/Signums, unless they have a V6 engine, or had the IDS or ESP option specified at build-time.

In other words you have no TC to switch on and off.

Some 55 plate had them as I knew if someone with one and when the wheels spun the light would flash. However the ability to 'switch' it off in the facelifts is non existant as far as I'm aware. And it was just a standard SRI too.

Not even on SRi's, which had the option as XP?

Quite right. I'd forgotten that. Early facelifts (built up to late October 2005) had TC as standard on all models except 1.8 petrol (i.e exactly as on pre-facelift). Also AFAIK during this period, the 1.8 petrol had the non-VVT engine carried forward from the pre-facelift.

John , i wouldn't say they are ugly. I have both facelist and pre-facelift at the moment. The facelift does look more modern but the pre-facelift looks a lot meaner , and there are more available upgrade's for the pre-facelift.
Also , as for toys my prefacelift hasn't the tractioncontrol switch , YET.... but I dont think there is anything else missing from my V6.
