Default Are there seatbelt warnings on 2006 Vectra?

    Hi All,

I have just bought a 2006 facelift model vectra C 1.9CDTI SRI 150 and i wondered if there are any seatbelt warnings on this car?

I left my seatbelt off whilst driving around some private land and no noises or lights came on.

As i bought this car used i dont know whether it ever had them or if they are simply disconnected?

    Cheers,

    Mike.

Yours should beep over a set speed with no belts fastened.

On my signum both fronts had this where the Gsi only had it on the drivers seat. Looks like its been dropped on the later models.

Never knew that I must find a private road and give it a try.

to retro fit it you will need a new wiring harness for the seat and a new pre tensioner

I had it (a beeping sound) on my old 04 pre-facelift, but I believe it was dropped on the facelift.

Yep has been dropped on facelift, my elite estate does not have them.
Wives Signum Elite has them on both seats.

You would have thought as GM knew they were bring out
    s replacement for the Vectra.
Normally in times gone by they manufacturers used to
Fit every extra on the top of the range to use up their vast
stocks of these items, not penny pinch
