    Default Accessory sockets

Probably a daft question, but are the accessory sockets permanently on? Want to plug a phone charger into the rear, connected to a holder in the front, and don't want to have to unplug it all the time. The phone won't be in there all the time, just the plug, so would it drain the battery?
Want to leave the front free for the sat nav.

    Thanks

There is some info in this thread about connecting up a permanent live 12V socket in the boot:-

    http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11536

Think there is mention as well of how to route a wire from the rear fuse panel to the cigarette lighter socket to convert that to live as well, not sure though. Anyway it should point you in the right direction

    Hope that helps

Thanks Fellas, thought it was the case but wasn't sure. My Mondeo the socket was on all the time, so couldn't leave a charger plugged in.

Should have realised, I wired my io play to cig lighter, for a switchable feed.
