    Default 190HP diesel engine (bi-turbo)

Sorry if this has been posted before.

Hope the bi-turbo option is for real, fab for a diesel

This is the same engine in the new Saab 9-5 and a development on the 1.9 TTid 180Hp engine

    It's a real beauty

It is apparently having more torque for the Insignia application than the 295lb/ft you get in the Saab's.

It's based on the 1.9, but minus the swirl flaps. Oddly enough I haven't heard of any issues with the 2.0CDTI - and hopefully there won't ever be. Just a shame this engine is Euro 5 and therefore needs to have a DPF.
