you only actually need to change the lower part of the bumper but they are harder to find on their own. its best to keep and eye on ebay as they do come on there, I wouldn't bother to hang out for one in your colour though. You will find one eventually and they are the easiest things to change over even moving parking sensors over is not very hard.

    Why bother?

Why not just trim the 'bottom extension' around the new pipes.

That way you are not restricted to round tail pipes that fit in the Vxl 'standard same old shapes' option

the lower bumper insert is available from the stealers - i ordered mine for £35 and it was here on 2 days when i did the old 2.0's rear end

from your profile yours appears to be faceliftso give the stealers a shout and tell them your after a Design rear insert with your engine type (1 or 2 tail pipes) -

Deztroyer does that lower bumper piece fit the Vec too, or are the bumpers different lengths?

Did you notice if the "half crescent" parts in the lower bumper were removable or are they part of the lower bumper?

Edit, sorry to the OP for going off topic here.

If you're talking about the proper Vx one then yes, the trim around the cut outs comes off, it's just held in with some metal clips at the back. I took them off to sand and paint:
