Engine starts then Dies

Hi Folks,

Lassy needs abit of help :

My 2003 2.0 DTI vectra has being great but came to go out saturday and it started ran for 5 seconds then died, tried it again and the same thing happened - third try and as soon as i heard it start i pumped the throttle - this kept it going and it ran perfectly for the rest of the day even though i was start / stopping from shop to shop.

Came to start it again this morning (Monday) and it struggled again and only started with the help of my boot on the gas pedal

Im thinking - Fuel leak off pipe from what i've read on other topics but i have no idea where to find this here pipe or how to replace it, as i'd rather do it myself if poss

Does anyone have a "how to"
Or any other suggestions as to whats wrong as i can't put up with that all winter

My son is having this problem with his 120.What exactly is the fuel leak off pipe and what does it do etc,etc.Thanks,FELIXX.

They sit on top of each injector. They just allow excess fuel back into the tank or something to that effect.

am i right in thinking i need to use 3mm braided pipe and an end cap for the last injector ??

Also - surely i will let air into the system as i replace this pipes so do i need to bleed the system some how - if so ............... How ????
