does it fit over the sri rear skirt or do you have to remove it first?? as mine looks moulded on??

No mate it just fits over. Its screwed in at the wheel arches and stuck on the bumper. If it looks like its all as one then a body shop has sprayed it while fitted so cracks may start to appear.
