    hi all just need 2 tyres so rang a garage and was quoted the above price so i get them 2mora, hope there ok for 65 quid but thats all i can afford at mo

    65 each mate and im not sure what brand he just said there cheap but brand new

    2 of mine has sidewall damage and ive got new baby so dont wanna risk it, ill get these cheap ones and save for something better

    I understand why you need to get what you can afford, suggest you look online for decent replacements in the future (e.g. camskill, mytyres). You'd be pleasantly surprised at the cost of decent midrange 19's replacements, like those from Kumho, Falken, Vredestein.... that's what I'll be doing when I need to replace the Contis I paid a helluva lot for.

    I had to get 4 el cheapo ones as my contis had finally come to the end of their lives ...they have been fine in the wet ..but there again I dont drive like a maniac.....just waiting to see what happens in the snow and ice tho lol ..

    but £320 all in for 4 is a tad cheaper than the £760 for the contis .

    i agree with that i also dont drive like a maniac and im always careful or i like to think i am as my family and car mean alot to me so i do take extra special care so ill see how these cheapos hold up

    I've got 2x primewell PZ900s on the back of mine - £60 each from e-bay. Grip seems pretty good, but i only go up and down the motorway - no tomfoolary round corners!
