anyone else had this problem?

got a couple of problems

1. if i am standing still say in traffic if i push the clutch down and rev the car it revs itself round to the redline if i lift the clutch up the revs die back down to normal??

2. when im driving along and let off the accelerator i get a rattly sound like something is loose but the noise goes if i put my foot back on the accelerator

hope someone can help me out any help will be greatly appriciated
