What is the legal limit for HID's? I mean, what's the brightest an MOT test centre will pass?

By the way, these look great. I might consider this if I don't have to remove them every MOT time.

You do really a 25mm hole is fine for the soft bubber grommet.

With HIDs the lower the number (up to a point) the brighter they are - car manufacturers fit 4300k when the build cars with HIDs, which are brighter and whiter than 5000k, 6000k, 8000k etc aftermarket systems, so you won't have any trouble regarding brightness come MOT.
