reckon around 700 notes would be the going rate, a bit more if you are lucky, but more importantly, WHY ????

Are they all black or do they have a polished rim, I reckon black wheels don`t suit black cars, just my opinion though, there is a black Astra VXR with black alloys, too much I think ?? but with a polished rim it would look good I reckon ..
