    Default Tis disc

Does anyone have access to a tis disc or any other form of vauxhall software that would show an exploded view diagram of the handbrake lever assembly?

the TIS pic is crap for the handbrake mate, or at least the one i am looking at are, if it did not say it was a handbrake you would not recognise it.. Have you got a haynes manual, that will be of more use..

Same problems as in the thread you linked, handbrake lever slips 5/10 times, had it apart and found that the adjuster looses its grip the odd time on the front hanbrake cable and slips.

It looks like i have to replace the whole handbrake mechanism but when i rang dealer yesterday he blamed the calipers and wouldnt give a price on handbrake mechanism

Going into another dealer later and hopefully i will get hold of someone with a braincell - mind u i might be asking a bit much there

went to dealers - i have to buy the complete handbrake assembly , £115.74 - part number 13274329

I think i will wait and see if it gets through its mot 1st because i cant justify replacing the whole handbrake just in case it slips on its mot
