Default Interior Light Circuit Board - Anyone Help...

Anyone know which wire to take the power from if fitting footwell lights, I will just solder to the bulb holder if not...

Earth is brown obviously, then there's a solid grey. Then 2 stripped, blue/red and white/brown...

My interior is the NON map light one so only 2 buttons. so i'm thinking the striped are for the switches making the solid grey the feed... Anyone want to please correct me before i break anything

Sorry, also while footwell lights has anyone got a pic of how you attached to the underside of the seats for the rears...

There's white plastic brackets under there to hold the various wires, but these sit a bit far in for my liking... I coud just attatch to the edge of the liner fabric (not the outer rear cover) but i cant see it staying put....

There the sticky backed flexible SMD ones i bought so to cable tie them to springs etc might be a problem.... (see pic below)

Its been one of them jobs i wish i hadn't have started. Been put off for months as one interior light screw would not come out, took about an hour just on that!!

Looking at the picture.. the cable linked to the lights is the white/brown ( if i remember right )... just follow the pathway set out on the board

A picture of the whole board would be better.. as two of the lines to the back.. could be either of them

Yeah, but you cant get access behind when the ribbons connected as there's no room for it to hang... The middle brown is the earth so i'll try the white/brown 1st...

I'll try release more ribbon... Just dont trust them, already need a new one as i nicked it fitting the rear light months back...........

actually. i'm guessing the rear light will narrow it down as it only has the 3 wires to the board... There was a how2 for the rear light without the rear ribbon but there's no pics now

Yeh.. i soldered the rear light to the front lights .... so it dims the same but the extra cable is prob for the rear light permanant live

I then upgraded the roof loom to include sun visor lights and rain sensor
