I'm sure a lot of you suffer from this, but the soft finished plastics are peeling in my car. Worst affected are the drivers door handle and the area around the steering wheel buttons. I'm thinking of painting the steering wheel bits satin aluminium or satin grey, but I'm not sure what to do about the door pulls.

    Any ideas?

my problem to and many others! Peel off everthing and it will look much better. After that you can easly paint them if you want (first remove it from the car ).

Are the door pulls removeable from the door cards? I'd like to think they are, but then again I know that the trim strips aren't. Which is a shame as I'd change the wood for something else if they were.
