    Default Asda/demon shine

the ASDA in Keighley has 2ltr Demon Shine on offer @ £2.00 instead of £4.85, I`ve never used it but bought 2 bottles to try, anyone any reports on it? also 1ltr bottles of Triplewax shampoo @ £2.00 instead of £3.25, loads of both in stock by the main entrance!

I bought the last bottle my local Asda had last week for £2. I used it as a drying aid; simply sprayed it onto the the wet car, neat, dried with an AB towel & gave it a quick buff with a thick microfibre.

I would have been really impressed with the shine if it had cost £20 a bottle, so for two quid it's fantastic value.

What he said just use it as a drying aid i dilute it down to 3 to 1 or 4 to 1 and just spray it onto the car after washing, i find it helps with drying the car and also stops streaking if your washing the car in bright sunlight.

i find the opposite, only in the sun mind. if your not quick enough to mop it up it leaves marks, but they will go with a rub.

i did try it in a bucket of water then tipped the bucket over the car. that worked well and seemed to release most of the water that gets trapped in by the wing mirror
