National Windscreens are calling me tomorrow to arrange getting a new windscreen in the Vec, anything I should remember to tell them (apart from the rain sensor) and are they any good?

yes my mate got a windscreen on his bmw x1 last week, they had to order the glass through main dealer, done a good job though, make sure the get the right tint (green ithink) with the right strip at the top and the two sensors
Green? The one I have just now is blue but I think the car has alrady had a new screen
They done a stone chip on me work van , what a crap job they done on that, mind u he did say it was a big 1 and that was the best he could do.
my top strip is blue but the actual screen has a green tint. thats what auto glass told me i asked them if that was right. and apparently it was...
I got a windscreen put in my old mr2 and they did a top job. You should ask them what options they have for your car

Cool. are you getting it done through the insurance?

I am mate, not actually spoken to the local depot yet, just the main call centre so I will be seeing if I can get the solar reflect one, don't mind paying the difference
