    Default cam sensor

    high guys a friend of mine is having probs will his vectra ..namely the cam sensor ive traced the problem to the wiring ....well the connector to be exact ..plus a burnt wire ....do vauxhall sell the connector so i can solder a new one on by any chance or is there any other way round it ..many thanks peter

    See which wires go where, cut both connectors off and join together the individual wires. I would doubt VX sell the connector on its own, and they would need a special crimping tool to do the job properly. You can get squash connectors that have a sealing gel inside to water proof the joint. Or maybe even solder then together and put shrink wrap on?

    Depends how much effort you want to do.
