    Default DTi Fuel Line Change

    Hey all,

Having the up-hill starting issue with my 2.2DTi, a guy at the dealer reckons it's most likely a pin hole somewhere along the fuel line. I've changed the leak off pipes and that cured nothing. So I'm wondering if anyone's attempted to change the entire line from the tank forward in an attempt to cure this?

I've not looked at it at all, but anyone know if this is major surgery or an easy job? Obviously I'd buy original kit from Vauxhall, although not even priced it up.

I'd appreciate any advice on this one!
    Si

from what i.ve seen under the car there are 2 lines a fat one which supplies the diesel and a thinner one which is for the return. They are just clipped underneath. There is a quick release fitting on both just underneath the passenger footwell and think it is one piece from there to the filter housing

Thanks Plasma - I may look into it as a to do job as I do have a feeling this will cure my starting issues. The injector seals were changed 23k ago so surely not those, but saying that last time they were changed it made no difference.
