I did it in 3h 36m which I was pleased about as I hadn't been near the bike for over 3 months, which was not the best preparation tbh. Was looking for a 12mph average so busted that with over 14mph. Defiantly doing it again next year, the worst part is the last 5 miles from Crammond to the finish, really hit the wall there. Think I may even look into a Road bike for next year and aim to get much closer to 3 hours.

Defiantly have a look and see if there is something like this in your area, get a few mates involved and have a cracking day out. You may even find somewhere to stop off for a pint or 2 on the way
