Ping seem to have a bad customer relations problem at the minute,have a m8 who has waited over a month for a custom made driver costing 400+ and the new pro shop near me tried to get there gear in his shop but the rep never answered the phone or replyed to messages,its like they don't want the business.
Still a very nice bag though.
