This afternoon I gave my 75th Blood Donation. It has taken me many years to achieve but I have got there. Hopefully it has been put to good use.

Got fed up of the idea of tea and biscuits quite a long time ago. I just get up and leave and walk home.

You make me feel lame! I was unable to donate for many years due to medication for a thyroid issue but having been all better for about 4 years I started. It scares the living bejesus out of me every time! I've managed five donations so hand on heart well done you!
