Default Slight Bubbling on Wheel arch - 3 year old car?

    Helllooo,

I was in a car park today and i have noticed that the front drivers side wheel arch on my vectra is ever so slightly starting to bubble on the main part of the arch.

The car is a 2007 on a 56 plate, im the second owner but its got a FVSH at my local dealer, where do i stand on it as isnt there a ten year guarantee on the bodywork?

    Many Thanks

    Adam.

It's an anti perforation warranty iirc. Not anti corrosion. It's probably worth dropping by to ask though

you will be fobbed off, as above it's perforation and not corrosion but they will advise you to have it repaired or it will null your warranty.

Could be a bad repair or started as a chip.

Yeah, but it doesn't look like the paint has been broken, its just starting to bubble slightly, its still solid if you get what i mean?

FWIW, to maintain the corrosion w'ty, im 95% sure that you have to have bi-annual inspections, but as Big Sig said, they can only say 'no'.

Well every service has been at a mainline VX dealer and it was an ex fleet car.

all the work was from my local dealer so im hoping i can sort something, i have spent thousands in there so i sometimes get a good deal and a bit of extra leeway.
