VXR Rear Defuser help

I bought an SRI rear bumper, this one:

Also looking at getting this:

Is that all I need or do I need a completely new lower skirt for the bumper?

No mate, it goes straight on. All you have to do is cut off the 2 little plastic legs on the bumper. Also go direct to your dealer, you will probably find the diffuser is cheaper that way.

no, you can fit it straight onto the sri bumper without the skirt

Brilliant slowly getting there, there's like a small lip around the defuser part of the bumper wasn't sure whether the vxr part covers that up or you need a whole new wrap around lower skirt.

You need to cut the two "legs" off from where the diffuser sits but it just pushes on. Its also cheaper from the dealer than that one on ebay.
