    Thumbs up

I also have a "whirring" noise coming from the o/s/f h/lamp, my noise is coming from the electro/hydraulic power steering pump. The pump is mounted to the chassis below the h/lamp and behind the bumper, if i rock the steering wheel left and right the noise changes and sometimes it stops. I need to have the steering angle sensor reprogrammed/calibrated......

How about remove the back rubber cover.... try and wiggle the reflector assembly to see if it actually has come lose.

If it has... remove the main and dipped bulbs... stick your fingers in the holes and pull the reflector assembly firmly back until it clicks onto the ball mounts of the adjusters.

If that doesn't work you may have to remove the headlamp assembly... remove the adjuster motor... re-seat the reflector assembly... re-fit the motor... re-mount the headlamp.

thanks for the replys, im nearly sure its along the lines of the headlight assembly, why would it be constantly trying to adjust even though it has probabley become disconnected?
