Yes you can. Sit in the car with the doors closed and key fob in hand. Press and hold the open button on your key fob and the central locking button on the door handle. After about 3 seconds you should hear a Beep, should now be turned off. Its an anti hijacking feature that only unlocks the doors after you remove the key from ignition. Yes it is a bit scary, would be much better if it unlocked once engine stalled/cut out.

Should be driver's door only opening on key removal. All locks are designed to release in the event of a heavy impact.

I think it should be lock on keyfob and central lock in door handle?

Your way is to active/deactive whether unlock driver door or all door in one press of keyfob.
