Suspension Question

Well I have bought a Signum and have not owned one before or even a Vauxhall before I have some question.
The handling and ride of the car seems to be pretty good for an estate but when I reach a speed bump it all goes downhill. I have to creep over these and any more then 10mph the front end wants to dive into the ground. So the question is

“Is this normal “

The car has had new front springs and the speed humps are medium.
As I have to go over these humps every day I need to decide if this is normal then a set of coil over’s is on the cards and if not the just a bit of maintenance is needed.
The cars a sports edition if that makes a difference.
