Some 3.0DTi questions

Good evening, as the titel says ,some questions about the 3.0V6 diesel.
- Has anyone ever had the stud of injector 4 broken?Or any injector? Does anyone know with how much Nm it has to be installed.
- If an injector is replaced , does it need to be read in to the ecu?
Have a wild guess my garage hasn't done that..

Hope you can give me some answers , as I can pick the car up at my garage. Its a 2003 Signum 3.0DTi by the way

Replaced all 6 injectors on my old 3.0DTi and they didn't need to be coded via Tech2. It's just a straight swap

Some people say you must, some say you don't need to. Then at least the garage did that good . Thanks for your reply
