You should be able to get a towbar fitted, including wiring from one supplier/fitter for no more than these prices added up. Detachables must be safe or they would not be allowed, but I have to admit, I have never fancied them. The user attachment must make them to some extent less strong than a fixed one. What I would say is avoid the swan neck ones as the electric sockets tend to be mounted lower than the lowest part of the actual bar, and are easily banged when going over ramps etc (especially if you have an SRi or other lowered car).

yes the car is a bit low, just want a detachable one so it does not ruin the look of the car

I think you could have trouble getting a bar on a car as low as that. Unless you have a very low nose load on the trailer (which would make it unstable), you are going to end up with the back end of the car scraping on the road. I had the towbar on my standard SRi hit the road while towing my caravan yesterday when we went over a slight bump on the road (ie not a deliberate speed ramp). For towing a car on the trailer I would think of replacing the hitch with a stablizer hitch as well for safety.

Have a look for a PCT detachable towbat mate, it's the one I have fitted to mine and when your not using it the electrics fold away too. They are about 150 quid

As for towing lowered you may need to lift the car a tad although I have eibachs and never bottomed out yet
