Default sri 150,how much more bhp?

As above, ive had mine remapped by pd tuning and it has made a difference ie no flat spots in 1st or 2nd but how much more bhp can i get out of it without encountering problems?.....Ive done the airbox mod c/w panel replacement filter and he's running sweet but i'd really like to go faster but not spend 100's and 100's.My next thing is go back to pd tuning and get it on the rollers to check the bhp.

You can get 230 bhp out of it no problem at all.

    Some things to consider though:

    1. Change oil and filter at about the same intervals you would on an Imprezza STI i.e. every other week.

    2. Bits attached to the engine (clutch/DMF/gearbox etc) may not take too kindly to nearly 50% more torque.

    3. You may also wonder why everything is happening so frantically for not that much more noticeable forward motion as you quickly make your way through the lower gears, only later to discover that your overall gearing is lower than that of a Vectra 100 cdti!

But don't let that put you off. More power is more power.

As above 230 on this engine but that is close to the limits of the internals tbh.

DMF shouldn't be too much of an issue, as the DMF works hard during engine starting and easily damaged should the clutch not be disengaged. My DMF has been on the rattle for 84k+ now, can't deny it's getting a bit worse.

Clutches will be a problem in terms of life and to my knowledge there isn't an upgraded one available.

DMF has friction clutch that's supposed to let go first. Some let go earlier or later than others though. But whatever happens, something will eventually let go. *waits for: "Mine has 500 pounds of torque and it's still OK." type replies.*
