    Default What do I get?

I was looking at getting a VXR Vectra but have been offered an extremely good deal on a 2.0 turbo vec.
The saving on tax and fuel all make sense so \i just want to know if the 2.0 turbo is a good engine?

I have only every had 1.6 turbo and 1.9cdti 150 VX engines

Can anyone advise if there are any probs I should look out for
its only done 15k so imnot expecting any issues, but is this a good engine?
    cheers peeps

After the 1.8 the 2.0turbo would be one of the most reliable Vec C engines mate, very few have problems and any car that does have problems it's normally down to the way its been treated

go for the 2.0T and when you have run out of tuning options and have had your fun in that - then go for a 2.8v6 elite or a Vxr

seriously you will love the 2.0T when its mapped - this will keep you happy for a few years mate

then if you can still afford to run&tax a 2.8 then you can opt for that at a later date when all of the residual value has been taken by someone else and you can pick one up cheaper

There are very few issues if there is anything, and as said there is alot said for them especially tuning and reliability wise.

Had mine for over 3.5 years now and its a brilliant car, easily the longest i have kept a car and in all honesty i have no plans to change. You are more than welcome to have a drive off mine if we ever get any meets closer to the west coast btw mine has averaged 32mpg over nigh on 50k which is quite good
