    Default access to pulleys?

    how do i gain easy access to the pulleys on a 1.9cdti 150? as i suspect that one of them is about to fail?

    Hi,
    Why do you think a pulley is on its way?
    The crankshaft pulley is accessed by removing the front drivers wheel then the wheel arch liner, its also best to remove the airbox so that its a bit easier to get to the tensioner; this will also allow better access to the top end pulleys.
    Good idea to use either your moby or digital camera to take a pic of the routing for reference.

    because i keep here a rattling sound coming from the pulley area, had a look today and i think it may be tensioner that makeing the noise
