Coilovers and Showroom Shined.

As the first thread was lost due to the hacker here it is again but with different piccies.
Coilovers have now been wound all the way down and as i'm off to the Luton cruise tonight i gave the car a quick once over with the Showroom Shine.

First picture is from the Redline rolling road day taken by IanHighlander and is before the coilovers were fitted.

Looking great!!! m8, just been to venom motorsports today and ordered a lowering spring kit for mine. Couldn,t go as low as yours i,de be putting a exhaust on mine every week, to many sleeping policemen in Manchester....

It's not that bad, just have to go over them really slowly, i haven't had a problem with my exhaust (touch wood) as had an MIJ system fitted so if i did it would be an expensive mistake.

Looks great, to many speed bumps in my area to, would love to drop mine but cant take it to far with having a detatchable towbar. you have a lovely example of a GSI, i would loveone, just wouldnt love the fuel costs

Where di you get the mirror backs from btw? i ordered some not long ago and they never came :/

I know, took £60 to fill it up the other night and the range counter said 180 miles

Not too sure on the handling at the mo as need to get camber and tracking done.
As for noises, yes there is a few. Slight twang from the front and a very light knock from the rear.

Mirror covers and grille were already on the car when i bought it, both Irmscher.
