ive just ordered one off those for my mate at work . i dont need it as ive got the cd70 and it plays mp3s khalid
Cheers for the heads up,just bought Gotta be worth a punt......
You can get something similar in Tesco wiothout risking ebay (especially a foreign seller). Bit more expensive but at least you can take it back when you discover how crap fm reception is.
Obviously you can spend more if you're too scared to buy from overseas, but then I dont think any in Tesco allow for playback from an SD Card..
Ive bought umpteen items from dealextreme over the past two years or so, yea you have to wait a while for delivery, but buying direct from Hong Kong means you get the lowest price.. A lot of stuff is tat, but when its just pennies so what.. I posted this up as this item is only only four quid, and yet it actually works very well. You can also slip an SD memory Card into it and the sound quality is actually better than a Belkin Tunecast I paid over 20 quid for about 2 years ago. 4 quid, its loose change..
I've never found one of those things that actually work perfectly, doesn't help that the aerial of the vec is at the back.
Only propper solution is a Parrot/IO Play or as I did an aftermarket H/U.
I wouldn't have anything else now
i bought it as i said for a mate at work to work in his transit .he brought back a camera from when he went to Pakistan was only a tenner but had viedo and mp4 . he got it for his son only 6 thinking it would be rubbish ,but it took some nice pics with . it . khalid
But thats just it john, I wouldnt have posted this up on here if it didnt work, fact is Ive bought one, its in my Vec and it does work..
Im pretty sure the UK certified transmitters sold in UK have much weaker FM power output compared to the chinese ones..
And at only four quid I thought it would good to let others on here know about it.. Until I can be bothered/offord replacing my CD30 with something MP3 capable, this 4 quid gadget suffices..
:-)
I bought one of these over a year ago, and it still works fine for me.
