    Default MIJ Exhausts

    Hi all,

After reading about MIJ Exhausts on here, I am booked in next sat for mine to be done.

What is my best option for a Vec C2.0T?

Mid or Sport? Or is there another option? I want it to sound nice without being Chavez or boy racer.

Will probably go with VXR tips

Go with mid mate. you will get a nice burrble but not sound like a scooby or a saxo with twin dustbins on the back. And VXR tips are good although i saw someone with Porsche tips and they look very nice if you want to be a little different.

Cant find the thread now though.

Go with mid, you get the nice burble without it being too intrusive and boomy for long journeys, but put your foot down, and you get a nice roar.

make sure they use new flanges as they do cut corners at MIJ

i found them to have used my old flanges off a cheap aftermarket cat for my 2.5" downpipe and sportscat

They can make you a downpipe with a racecat but they charge nearly 500 quid for that part, well they did for mine when i asked for a quote for a 3inch version..
