Default Help with fitting an aftermarket head unit.

    I have a 2003 Vectra C Hatch.

The on/off volume button has packed up for the second time on my CD2005 so I have removed it and ordered a new Kenwood head unit.

I have also ordered the Autoleads FP 19 00 GN gunmetal facia adapter, aerial adapter and the ISO Vauxhall wiring loom adapter.

The Kenwood unit comes with a metal cage, do I need to install the cage or will the unit slot in on the original Vectra C brackets?

Is there enough room behind the facia adapter for all those connector blocks?

What is the wiring loom adaptor for? The only adaptor you need on the half can Vec's is for the steering wheel controls.

Is the stereo double din or single?

Put the new facia in then place the metal bracket into the facia and push on the metal clips top, bottom and sides to secure it then push the iso connectors together add the ariel adaptor push the radio in 'til you hear it click. Job done.
