    Default 4th gear issues

I've got a problem with the gears crunching when changing from 5th to 4th.

If im travelling more the 30mph and try to change down the gears crunch in 4th but if i put it into 3rd then 4th its ok. All the rest of the gears are ok going up and down and going from 3-4-5 is ok and smooth.

Could this be the start of the 4 gear syncro on its way out.

    thanks

If I remember correctly you might need to drain some oil out. Some one will be able to put us in the picture though.
I think there was an issure where there was too much oil and VX reduced the amount.

Would the gearbox being over filled be ok one day and then suddenly just start to be a problem.

tried to adjust the linkage this morning and ended up breaking one of the grey clip that hold on the cable. Does anyone know if you can buy them and a part number.

    thanks
