    Default Rad leaking

Losing half a pint a week or so. Today noticed small damp patch drivers side front, on inspection there was water on the fins of the rad right at the corner. May try radweld if no good how much for a rad and wheres best (1800 Z18Xe)

I've just got one for the same engine through Vauxhall, Trade Club brings it in at £88 all in which I thought was pretty good for genuine vx

Mine is loosing around 1 1/2 litres a week at the moment, but not for much longer lol

Personally I wouldn't bother with rad weld unless it is vital. If your not getting shot of the car straight away and are going to get it fixed properly anyway then I'd stay away from rad weld. Just bite the bullet and get it done without the extra gunk in the system which is designed to block things up (not good on the inside of the engine). Of course money is always a determing factor.
