Hid Help

I eventually received my hids from hids - direct tuesday but decided it was best to wait until the forums were up and running before fitting

.

Can you hid guru's do me a favor and check the piccy below just to check it looks right before fitting

Thats the same as mine mate. Although i cant get mine to stop strobing after i turn the ignition off, even with fitting 2 cancellors on the same side.

I'm having the ECU programmed this weekend by a fellow member to resolve this problem.

When/what problems do people get when fitting HID's?

I fitted a set from my last car and they seem to be fine.

Turn the lights on and they come on ok, start the car and they stay on ok, turn the car off and the HID's turn off and the car goes onto sidelights.

Is that right?

Thanks guys - seems i have figured out how to wire them up so hopefully it wont be raining tomorrow and i'll get them fitted then

From what ive read lee some hids have problems starting up,causing errors,strobing with engine on,strobing with engine off, etc etc

Fingers crossed they will turn on and off like there supposed but then again im fitting them so maybe ..........................
