    Default sad news

hi all, as some of you may remember i started a thread a while back about members pets and included a pic of my bull terrier "buster". what i didn't say is that he has been ill for about a year. we discovered this last year when we took him to the vets and was told he had a heart condition, kidney damage and liver damage. he has been on different tablets during the past 12 months but took a turn for the worst last week. after 3 days of not eating or going to the toilet we had the heartbreaking task of having him put to sleep last thursday aged 7. he was a great dog , happy either sleeping or being a little clown. i dont mind admitting that i shed some tears as stroked him and watched him take his final sleep, the first time i have cried for about 10 years he was part of the family and will be very sadly missed

I hope that isn't true either, my springer is 14 now!!!! She still acts like a puppy, the only give away is the cloudy eyes and the few grey hairs on her chin and ears!!!

Scamp has got grey hair round the eyes and muzzle , still dosent stop her from being a pain , she knows how to open doors and windows ! so you have to make sure everything is locked at night or she will do a runner , last time she managed it she was gone for 2 days , some poor western electric bloke to come down a pole to find her in the drivers seat of his landy eating his sarnies !!!!
Here's a pic of the dodgey hound !
